Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 7 personen, heeft drie slaapkamers en een badkamer. Annelinniemi heeft een open haard en een TV. Verder is er een sauna. De auto parkeert u op een parking. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

On the shore there is a separate barrel sauna with wood-heated stove and cauldron use on summer time (1.5.-30.9.). There is no running water in the sauna (water has to be carried from the lake).

Hot tub available, but not in winter time (frost). The customer fills, retrieves firewood from the barn, heats, empties and washes a hot tub, committing to strictly following the instructions given by the owner, during the frost period requires special care. Hot tub must be filled in two rounds (otherwise the well will empty too fast and there won't be enough water for the shower, dishwasher, etc).

The rental price includes the hot tub on the beach, which can be filled with lake water with the help of a pump, and firewood. Note Palju is NOT used in the hardest winter frosts due to the risk of freezing.

For the winter swimming there is an opening (hole in the ice) that be kept open with a pump.

Stylishly decorated villa. An open lawn courtyard that slopes down to its own shore. 1 hectare's area fenced with sheep net (good for dog owners).

Op 100 meter bevindt zich een meer/open water. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u skiën. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Annelinniemi in Hämeenlinna kunt u naar het water.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
