Dit vakantiehuis voor 12 personen heeft vier badkamers, vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over tien eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Het vakantiehuis heeft vijf airco's, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee douches, twee ligbaden, vier toiletten en vier wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie en twee garages.

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, twee koffiezetapparaten, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Outside this fantastic urbanization where the accommodation is located, you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 19m x 8m and a depth range that goes from 1m to 2m. You can all meet together on the property's fantastic furnished terrace, which has an outdoor dining area, where you can sunbathe or extend the evenings with your loved ones. Keep in mind that they have direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

Inside, the house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, which is equipped with AC, Smart TV and comfortable sofas where you can relax. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. Of the 5 bedrooms with AC on the property, on this floor you will find one of them, which has two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the room. Via the stairs you will access the first floor, where there are three bedrooms with two single beds each. In addition, one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a bathtub is at your disposal. Finally, on the top floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the second terrace of the property. Up to two more guests can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. They have at your disposal two fans, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The Port of Santa María offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, such as its fine sand beaches and crystal clear waters, such as Valdelagrana beach and La Muralla beach. In addition, it has a rich history and cultural heritage, with places such as the Castillo de San Marcos, the Mayor Prioral church and the old Osborne winery. The historic center of the city is another attraction for visitors, with its cobbled streets, picturesque squares and historic buildings, where you can find bars and restaurants offering local cuisine, such as the famous fried fish. In addition, this city is located on the Sherry Wine Route, a wine region famous for its wineries and wines, so it is possible to visit and taste wines at local wineries. We recommend visiting the city of Cádiz, which is just 20 minutes away by car and is known for its impressive old town, its beaches and its lively atmosphere. Indeling

Vlakbij Los Jandalos op zo’n 100 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 500 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Los Jandalos in El Puerto de Santa María kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
