This beautiful town house offers a fantastic terrace where you will find a wonderful chlorine pool that measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 meters. Everything around invites you to relax and enjoy the good weather. Its stone, sandstone and reed walls manage to give a homely and relaxing atmosphere to this space. Also the 10 sun loungers they have to lie down in the sun or under the umbrella with a book, and an incredible porch where you can sit on the sofas and have a glass of wine before going out for lunch or dinner, although you can do it right here by preparing a tasty barbecue. The house is in the center of the small town, so there are direct neighbors.

The house, recently renovated with a surprising style and architectural quality, distributes its elegant rooms over two floors. On the ground floor they have a beautiful living room, open to the dining area and the kitchen, perfect for resting, chatting together or watching satellite television. You can also put on some music and cheer up while cooking on the induction hob. To make you feel comfortable at the table, this large room has air conditioning and a wood stove. The laundry room is independent and includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning and wardrobe. On the main floor there are three of them, which have a double bed, while upstairs are the other two, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the last one with two single beds. There are three more bathrooms with showers, one downstairs, one outside, and the third upstairs. And if you travel with your baby, a crib and a high chair are also available. In short, if you are looking for comfort and elegance, this is the perfect house.

Randa is an absolutely charming town located in the Pla de Mallorca, close to the big city of Palma de Mallorca. It is ideal for getting to know Mallorcan culture, its gastronomic offer and its privileged natural environment. In fact, it is impossible for them to leave without taking a short excursion around the surroundings or to the mythical Puig de Randa, with amazing views. Access to a wide variety of dream beaches and coves is easy from here, we recommend visiting Can Pastilla beach, which is the closest at about 22 km, or the paradisiacal coves and beaches of Cala Pi, Es Trenc or Cala S'Almonia, among many others in the area. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 27 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. Indeling

Vlakbij Can Tianet op zo’n 100 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 4 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Tianet in Algaida kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
