Dit vakantiehuis voor 2 personen heeft een badkamer, twee slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed. The chlorine pool has dimensions of 9 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 2.10 m and has views of the countryside and an oak forest. Around the pool you can sunbathe in one of the four hammocks or cool off in the outdoor shower. Thanks to the barbecue, cooking under the sky will not be a problem. In addition, the house has two furnished porches to eat outside and fully enjoy the good weather. The plot is huge so that the children have plenty of space to play.

The interior has a very special charm and will make you feel at home from the first moment. The stone walls, together with the furniture and the old closed well, give a unique touch to the living-dining room, equipped with satellite television, CD player, air conditioning and sofa. The ceramic hob kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The laundry room, located on the terrace, has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This beautiful house offers a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a beautiful loft with two single beds and air conditioning as well. This loft is open to the living-dining room and is accessible via stairs. Regarding the bathrooms, the house offers a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

The farm is located in Algaida, in the center of Mallorca, and is surrounded by fields and meadows. In the center of town, you will find a supermarket, banks and restaurants. The Randa area is close by, where there is a riding center and the Santuari de Cura. If you like golf, the Son Gual course is more or less 15 kilometers away. Regarding beaches, Mallorca has infinite possibilities. You can go to the lively Playa de Palma or Can Pastilla, also to the natural beach of Es Trenc or Sa Rí pita and the Serra de Tramuntana, or visit small stone coves with crystal clear waters. Of course, a car is necessary to be able to move around without problem. Thanks to the good location of the house, they have the highway nearby, so they can access many beautiful places on the island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Vlakbij Son Garbi op zo’n 2,9 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 2,7 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Garbi in Algaida kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
