Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft drie airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met een bidet, een douche, een ligbad, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

The private chlorine pool has a size of 9 m x 5 m and a depth that varies between 1 m and 2.20 m. Around, you can sunbathe on one of the four sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue and have lunch or dinner under the porch. The large garden is also an idyllic place for the little ones in the family to play or simply enjoy its fresh smell while they walk through it or lie down with some towels to read a book. And if you want to entertain yourself and practice some sports, there are even some machines to exercise on! The property is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Inside, the living-dining room, with a fan, will make you feel at home, as it is very comfortable and becomes the perfect place to rest and watch satellite television. The light wood furniture and the beautiful paintings in this room also make the dining room a nice place to prepare delicious banquets with family or friends. Those delicious dishes that you delight in can be prepared in the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils. Right here they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of them offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from this en-suite bathroom, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub that serves the rest of the house and, outside, there is also a toilet. If you come with a baby, we will gladly prepare a crib and a high chair for you. If you stay during cold days, the entire house offers central heating.

The Palmanyola urbanization is between the Sierra de Tramuntana and Palma de Mallorca. Thus, on the one hand they can practice hiking, cycling and excursions in the mountains, visit the picturesque towns of Sóller, Valldemossa and Deià and, on the other hand, enjoy a wide variety of culture and leisure in Palma. The island capital is famous for the La Seu cathedral, the Bellver castle, the beautiful old town, museums, art galleries and national and international restaurants. As for the beaches, we especially invite you to visit the southern beaches such as Playa de Palma, Can Pastilla or explore the small coves of the Tramuntana such as Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs and Cala DeiÃ.

The upper floor of the house is inhabited, although it has a completely independent entrance. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij El Pradillo op zo’n 600 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 400 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van El Pradillo in Bunyola kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
