Dit vakantiehuis voor 10 personen heeft drie badkamers, vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over tien eenpersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft vijf airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met drie douches, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept garden you will find a large private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 13 x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, as well as a barbecue and two furnished porches where you can enjoy eating and having a drink with your companions. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower. Being located in the town, there are neighbors near the house.

The interior of the property, decorated in a modern and elegant way and with two floors, is designed and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, equipped with Smart TV and AC and open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In addition, there is a second room with a large sofa and Smart TV that will be ideal to extend your evenings enjoying a good movie. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and AC, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor are the other four bedrooms, all of them with AC and two single beds pushed together. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Costitx is the perfect place to discover the authentic Mallorcan character. The town has basic services, although it is close to other towns such as Sineu or Inca where you will find everything you need to enjoy an independent stay. In Costitx you can visit the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, the Son Corró site, Sa Sínia, the church of Santa Maria de Canarrossa or s'Aljub. The closest beach is Playas de Muro, with crystal clear waters and fine sand, ideal for enjoying with the family.

Because Costitx is located in the center of the island, you may sometimes hear a plane. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Vlakbij Can Font (costitx) op zo’n 100 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 300 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Font (costitx) in Costitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
