Dit vakantiehuis voor 4 personen heeft drie badkamers, twee slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Het vakantiehuis heeft een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, twee douches, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat en een oven.

If what you want is to rest and connect with nature, this is the perfect house. Outside you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings on the cool terrace surrounded by vegetation and covered by a thatched roof. In addition, there is a small chlorine pool, with dimensions of 3 x 3 m and a constant depth of 1.1 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.

This century-old house has been recently restored and offers not only the charm of yesteryear but also all the modern comforts. On the ground floor we find the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas in the heat of the wood stove on the coldest nights. The kitchen-dining room has a gas stove and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals. It also has access to the outside. Outside you will find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with 2 single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you travel with your baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.

The house is attached to the building of the adjacent property although completely independent. The wooded area is perfect for enjoying nature on excursions on foot or by bicycle. The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property and there you can find all the necessary services for an independent stay. If you want to go to the beach, the closest is Camp de Mar, 8.7 km from the house.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house, as is lighting fires or barbecues throughout the year.
The access road is narrow and it is recommended to bring a small car.
The house runs on solar energy.
There is outside parking for 6 cars. It is located 50 meters from the farm. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Can PeÑes op zo’n 5,3 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 4 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can PeÑes in Costitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
