Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft drie badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en drie tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft vier airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De auto parkeert u op drie parkeerplaatsen. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, twee ligbaden, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

This spectacular country house offers very beautiful and well-kept exteriors that house an impressive lawn garden that surrounds a dreamlike chlorine pool. It has dimensions of 10 x 5 m, a depth of 1.2 to 2.5 m, 8 sun loungers around it and an outdoor shower in case you want to cool off quickly. After a good bath, a large glass-enclosed kitchen-dining room with AC next to the pool allows you to prepare your signature dishes on the grill or on the gas stove and enjoy them at your large table or on the outdoor terrace. In this same space there is also a bathroom with a bathtub for your greater comfort. But don't think that this is all, since they have another outdoor barbecue and a wood oven to prepare some pizzas or your own bread! The plot is fenced and privacy is absolute.

On the other side of the garden, a second construction welcomes you where you will find the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms, with a relaxing and warm air that will make you feel at home. The living room welcomes you with an area with two comfortable sofas, where you can sit and chat or watch satellite television, and a second area perfect for reading a book. There is air conditioning and a wood stove in each section to make you feel even more comfortable. Next, a wide hallway - with a large 5-meter-long closet to store all our guests' clothes - leads to the bathrooms of the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and to the four bedrooms, all of them with AC. One of them has two single beds and space for a crib and a high chair, and the rest have a double bed. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The property is located about 3 km from the center of Inca, a small central city on the island with a unique charm. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and services in general but at the same time it is quiet and familiar. Every Thursday its traditional market of artisan and local products is held, turning its streets into a place full of life and people. That day is perfect for taking a walk, doing some shopping and eating at a Mallorcan food restaurant, known as a "celler". If some want to enjoy the night here, there are also places to have a drink. As for the beaches, the closest is Puerto de Alcúdia, about 30 km away, but the entire island borders its coast with paradisiacal beaches and coves that are worth visiting.

Please note that the bedrooms do not have a closet. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 7 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Sa Tanca op zo’n 3 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sa Tanca in Escorca kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
