Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Sobremunt heeft drie verwarmingen. Verder is er een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met een bidet, een douche, twee ligbaden, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

You can not only take a refreshing dip in the private pool but also admire the views of the sea and the nature that surrounds this magnificent property. The pool is chlorine and measures 11 x 8 m with a depth of 0.5 to 1.9 m. Next to it are several sun loungers to sunbathe or protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella, as well as several tables where you can enjoy the good weather while sipping midday vermouth in this incredible and special environment. Another table next to the house and under the awning is ideal for spending magnificent evenings with the family. The property is fenced and the maintenance staff lives in the house next door.

The house is a 16th century house that has been restored. It has 250 m2 divided into two floors that preserve incredible rustic details such as the wooden beams and the stone facade. From the outside terrace we enter the original kitchen that will transport you to times gone by with its stone sink, the original tiles and also the pantry. It also has a gas stove and a small table with chairs where you can prepare breakfast, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From there we enter a formal dining room that has very well-preserved rustic furniture and space for 6 people.

From the dining room we access the patio or distributor from which we can enter the other part of the house where the spacious and bright living room is. Like the rest of the house, it has incredible details and antique furniture, with comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to rest and disconnect, and it has a fireplace with which to warm up on the coldest days.

From the living room we go upstairs where you will find a small living room where you can watch television, with access to another terrace and access to the bedrooms. The first has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second has two single beds and the third has a double bed. They all have a wardrobe and a fan for the warmer nights. The house has another bathroom with a bathtub to serve the rest of the house. The house also has central heating for the winter months. And if you travel with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.

The house is located in the municipality of Esporles, and is ideal for walks and excursions and visiting other beautiful nearby towns and places such as Puigpunynet, Puig de Galtazo, Establiments... It is at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains where the triangle formed by Soller, Deià and Valldemossa is a must-see. The closest beach is Palma, just 18 km away, and if you like golf, the closest is 15 km away. In the charming town you will find the basic services for an independent stay

The property's maintenance staff lives in the adjacent house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Sobremunt op zo’n 6 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 7,2 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sobremunt in Esporles kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
