Dit vakantiehuis voor 10 personen heeft vier badkamers, vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoons slaapbanken, een eenpersoonsbed, een stapelbed en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft twee airco's, een barbecue en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met vier douches, een ligbad, vier toiletten en vier wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft drie koelkasten.

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en zijn er drie kinderstoelen.

The real star of this wonderful town house is the private chlorine pool - 7x3 m and 1.2 to 2 m deep. It invites you to cool off after sunbathing, around it or on the upper terrace, in a total of 6 sun loungers and a chill-out. On this terrace you can prepare delicious outdoor barbecues and, if you wish, you can also prepare them in the glassed-in kitchen/barbecue area, and enjoy them right here or in the furnished interior patio. And, for your added convenience, there is an outdoor bathroom with shower next to the pool.

Thus, the house is distributed in 3 buildings: the large house - located on the ground floor - and two apartments - one located on the first floor accessible through the stairs next to the pool - and the other in an area adjacent to the property. In the large house you are welcomed by a rustic living-dining room, with TV-SAT, DVD, CD player, A/C and wood stove, followed by an adjoining living room with 2 sofas. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is located in the glazed space with barbecue. Then they have 2 bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other with a bunk bed. The rooms in this house offer a ceiling fan and heating by electric wall radiators. In the apartment, there is a living room - with TV-SAT and A/C -, a cozy kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Two guests can sleep on the 2 sofa beds in this living room. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. In the annex area they have a large living-dining room with AC and Smart TV, a kitchen with a ceramic hob with everything you need to cook. A room with a double bed, wardrobe, AC and fan. There is an additional bed in the living room loft. And finally a bathroom with a shower completes this area. Each building has its own laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board; In the big house it is in the kitchen/barbecue and the one in the apartment is in the hallway leading to the pool.

This accommodation is located in the heart of the town of LlubÃ, absolutely authentic and with all the necessary services such as traditional bars and restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The closest beach is Ca'n Picafort, just 19 km away. Additionally, if you like golf, the Pollença course is about 21 km away.

There is private parking in front of the house for 1 car.
There is a garage to store up to 8 bicycles with self-service repair. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
