Outside this wonderful property you will find two fantastic terraces with views of the sea and the port. You can relax sunbathing or having an aperitif with your loved ones while watching the sunset after a beautiful day at the beach. The duplex is located in a quiet area with all the necessary services. Please note that as this is an apartment there are neighbors nearby and privacy is partial.

Inside you will find a very cozy dining room that is equipped with AC, satellite TV and CD and DVD player. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms. They all have AC and two of them have direct access to the upper terrace. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the stay. If you need it, you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the southern coast of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is located about 20 kilometers from the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is based mainly on fishing and nature tourism and water sports. The town has a small white sand beach and crystal clear waters, as well as numerous coves and natural corners of great beauty. Furthermore, in its surroundings you can find important archaeological sites, such as the Talayotic of Capocorb Vell, which offer a glimpse of the rich history of the island of Mallorca.

Note: The weekend of July 24, 25 and 26 are the patron saint festivities in s'Estanyol and they take place right on the street where the apartment is located. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
