Dit vakantiehuis voor 10 personen heeft drie badkamers, vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en drie tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft twee airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee douches, een ligbad, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

The 244m2 house distributed over two floors has a lot of charm as it is a typical Mallorcan house with modern elements from which the hydraulic tiles have been preserved. It has five bedrooms, four on the ground floor, two with a double bed and two with two single beds, of which one has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom; and one on the 1st floor with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Of the bedrooms located on the ground floor, there are two that are accessed from an exterior door, they do not have direct access inside the house; In addition, there are also two bedrooms separated from each other by a curtain. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, there is a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor that serves the entire house.

The living room is very cozy, it has three sofas, a small table, and TV-Sat. There is a secondary living room equipped with two sofas. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs; and the kitchen-dining room, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem; It also has a fireplace. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Maria de la Salut area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in María de la Salut: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.

In just 15 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby.

Indeling

Vlakbij Sa Verdera op zo’n 200 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 200 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sa Verdera in Maria de la Salut kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
