Dit vakantiehuis voor 9 personen heeft drie badkamers, vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden, een tweepersoons onderschuifbed en drie tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft drie airco's, een balkon of terras, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, een douche, twee ligbaden, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft twee koel- en vriescombinaties.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en zijn er twee kinderstoelen.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u twee fornuizen, twee koffiezetapparaten, twee magnetrons, twee ovens en twee vaatwassers.

The exteriors are designed to maximize the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. The property has an outdoor chlorine pool 7.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 meters, ideal for cooling off during hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set up to enjoy meals outdoors with your companions.

The accommodation is divided into two independent houses. The first two-story house offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and Smart TV, open to the dining room, creating an ideal space to relax and eat. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for cooking. On the ground floor, there is a second bright room perfect for reading, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and access to the outside; one has a balcony and the other a terrace with two hammocks. There is also a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

In the second house, the living area is located on the first floor (the ground floor is not available). In it you will find the spacious and bright kitchen space, equipped with a ceramic hob, open to the living-dining room where you can enjoy all the meals prepared with your companions. This space leads to an outdoor balcony perfect for having breakfast outdoors. This floor has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed with capacity for 2 people. A full bathroom with shower completes the first floor. Going up the stairs, you will access a second room that gives access to the terrace that has two hammocks for sunbathing. They have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for use during your stay. If you travel with a baby you can use the crib and high chair.

Indeling

Vlakbij Son Monjo op zo’n 300 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 200 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Monjo in Maria de la Salut kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
