This beautiful house is located in the center of one of the most emblematic towns on the island and one that best preserves Mallorcan customs and roots. To enjoy the good weather, it has a spacious terrace furnished with a large outdoor table and chairs where we can not only enjoy long evenings in good company, but also delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is located in the urban area of ​​the town and has direct neighbors.

It is a large house that still has the Mallorcan character of its construction but at the same time has all the modern amenities and comforts of today to make you feel at home. From the terrace you can access the spacious living-dining room, which is equipped with a large and comfortable sofa, satellite television and air conditioning, in case the heat gets too intense. The dining table is one of those antique elements that matches perfectly with the 6 modern chairs. The kitchen is independent and you will find it fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and an auxiliary table with 4 chairs to cook in good company. In the kitchen there is also the old cistern, an element that has been preserved for its architectural value but is no longer used today. In the house you will also find a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a small shower room with sink and toilet. When we go up the stairs we access the first floor where we find the first two bedrooms, one with a double bed, dressing room and air conditioning and the other with two single beds and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. We go back up the stairs to the second floor to find the last bedroom, with a double bed and sloping ceilings, it has a fan, wardrobe and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor our guests will find a second terrace from which to contemplate the Pla de Mallorca. If you are traveling with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair upon request. This huge house is complete with a small game room in the basement.

Montuiri is a beautiful town located on a small mountain and surrounded by windmills, the perfect example of traditional and rural Mallorca, where our guests will be able to find the peace and tranquility they were looking for. In the town you will find the basic services for an independent stay, where you can also find fresh local products, good Mallorcan wines and other high quality products such as sea salt, honey or olive oil. Its location in the center of the island is perfect for being able to access various parts of the island quickly, and to get to know the different faces of Mallorca: the cosmopolitan city of Palma to the south, the nature in the Serra de Tramuntana to the west, the beautiful Calas de Mallorca to the east, and the beautiful medieval towns of Pollensa and Alcudia to the north. Vlakbij Ca Na Nyola op zo’n 1 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 900 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Ca Na Nyola in Montuïri kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
