Het vakantiehuis heeft twee koel- en vriescombinaties en een garage.

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en zijn er twee kinderstoelen.

In de keuken vindt u twee fornuizen, een koffiezetapparaat, twee magnetrons, twee ovens en twee vaatwassers.

We welcome you to this impressive classic 5-story building, delicately renovated to the avant-garde with majestic decoration. Its interiors, absolutely beautiful, offer an exquisite combination of special classic Mallorcan pieces with modern elements, with warm and bright colors, and parquet floors, thus offering perfect comfort and homely warmth, ideal for enjoying a pleasant stay feeling at home.

The upper terrace is, without a doubt, the perfect place to enjoy the best of coffee in the morning, with a relaxing read lying on the two sun loungers, or with a pleasant glass of wine while accompanied by the soft breeze and the orange color of the evening sky.

The interior rooms are distributed over three floors, between floors 1, 2 and 3. On floor 2 you will find the living room - equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can rest or watch television or a DVD movie - which shares space with the dining room and a cheerful kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare your signature dishes. For your rest, there are two rooms with a closet. Located on the lower floor of the living room, one of them offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second is located on the upper floor than the living room and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. All rooms have air conditioning. On the top floor, they have the terrace, a second and basic kitchen equipped only with a small refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery, and the laundry room where the washing machine, iron and ironing board are.

The location is privileged as it is located in the old town of Palma, as its beauty is unmatched and any service is accessible on foot. As soon as you step onto the street you have all kinds of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, bus stops, and much more. You can even get to the beach with a pleasant walk, since Palma's Paseo Marítimo Beach is only 1.3 km away. There are 6 km to the port, 8.7 km to the airport and 7.5 km to the Son Muntaner golf course. In short, you can't miss a vacation in this home! Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
