Dit vakantiehuis voor 5 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over drie eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Son Pax Petit heeft drie verwarmingen. Verder is er een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad en zijn er drie airco's. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, een ligbad, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

After having breakfast and gaining strength, you can spend the entire morning enjoying its 8 x 4 meters, long and wide, and its one and a half meters deep. Then, you can't miss some delicious meats and vegetables prepared on the barbecue and enjoyed under the porch overlooking the pool. And after a good dessert, the perfect plan is to lie down and relax in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surrounding area.

Distributing its spacious and comfortable rooms on a single floor and equipped with gas central heating, this wonderful house offers you a beautiful living room with satellite television that you can enjoy lying on one of the sofas or in the armchair next to the wood stove on the coldest days. The dining room, open to this space, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends at its sturdy table. The kitchen, independent and with a gas stove, has all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a pantry and a table with chairs for a quick breakfast or a snack while cooking. The laundry room has an ironing board, iron and washing machine. They have three bedrooms, with AC and wardrobe, to rest like at home, all equipped with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. If you need it, we will gladly prepare a crib and a high chair for your baby.

The property is located on the outskirts of the center of Palma, surrounded by fantastic and quiet urbanizations, and very close to the highway that connects with any point on the island. Also just 800 meters away there is a bus stop for your convenience. As for shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., you are certainly in the perfect place since the big city puts at your disposal an infinite variety of all these services. If you are passionate about long walks, visits, culture and excursions, let yourself be carried away by the cobblestone streets of the center with its ornate patios, its legendary cafes, its churches and ancient buildings and, of course, the unique and majestic cathedral of La Seu. And for beach lovers, the closest is the small and paradisiacal cove of Illetes, which is located about 10 km from the property. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Vlakbij Son Pax Petit op zo’n 2 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Pax Petit in Palma de Mallorca kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
