Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft een airco, een barbecue, een tafeltennistafel, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee douches, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie, een koelkast en een vriezer.

Outside you can take a refreshing swim in the beautiful private chlorine pool that measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 meters. Afterwards, relax sunbathing on one of the sun loungers, or have a cocktail in the wonderful chill-out area next to the pool. Next to the entrance of the house you will also find a furnished porch where you can have lunch or dinner comfortably with beautiful views of the Majorcan countryside. The property also has other corners outside where you can rest and disconnect in a charming environment. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

This beautiful Majorcan-style house offers two floors, with spacious and bright rooms, and all the comforts to fully enjoy your vacation. On the ground floor you will find a fantastic dining room for 6 people with incredible details such as the interior cistern. It shares space with the living room that opens to the outside porch. Here you can rest on the comfortable sofa while watching satellite television or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace on the coldest nights. Next to the dining area you have access to the kitchen. It is gas powered and is well equipped for cooking during your stay. It includes a dishwasher, electric oven and a table with chairs for morning breakfasts. The house also has a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house has three bedrooms. The first two are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. On the first floor you will find the last bedroom with a double bed, AC, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower as well. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This beautiful house is located very close to the beautiful town of Petra, birthplace of Fray Junipero Serra, founder of cities like San Francisco. You can visit the museum that bears his name as well as the convent of San Bernardino and the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Bonany. In the village you will find restaurants and small shops for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Picafort, with white sand and crystal clear waters. Palma, the capital, is also very close, about 40 km away, where you can enjoy a varied range of leisure activities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Vlakbij Ses Nines op zo’n 2,7 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Ses Nines in Petra kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
