Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft drie airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De auto parkeert u op drie parkeerplaatsen. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, een ligbad, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Located in the center of Mallorca, in a rural environment is this jewel of a farm within a fenced plot of more than 8000 m2. The private chlorine pool has a size of 8 x 4 meters and a depth between 1.25 and 2.15 meters and is undoubtedly the star of the house. It is surrounded by a solarium area with 8 sun loungers, 4 parasols and an outdoor shower, ideal for sun lovers. The spacious porch is located at the front of the property and has many corners to enjoy an outdoor dinner, share a bottle of cava with friends or read a book quietly. All the chefs in the family find a fixed barbecue where they can prepare delicious dishes outdoors. There are no direct neighbors.

Once inside, we are surprised by modern decoration and elegant furniture. The living-dining room, open to the kitchen, is a nice place to enjoy a quiet afternoon watching television (channels in Spanish, French and German). You are sure to spend many unforgettable hours sharing chats and laughter around the dining table, which offers 8 chairs. In the kitchen we find good equipment, including a ceramic hob, a baby high chair, some cooking utensils as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This house offers three bedrooms, with air conditioning and wardrobe, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds and access to the terrace, on the ground floor. And the third bedroom, on the first floor, has a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and space to prepare a crib if you are traveling with your baby. Two electric radiators complete the equipment.

The farm is located in the middle of wheat fields, approximately 3 - 4 km from the authentic towns of Costitx and Sencelles. Nearby there are different wineries where you can taste our excellent wines from the island. The surrounding towns are small and offer some good restaurants. If you are looking for more services and large supermarkets, you can go to Inca or Palma de Mallorca. If you like the beach, you have the choice between the dream beaches of the north (Can Picafort, Playa de Muro...) or the lively beaches of the south like Playa de Palma. A car is necessary. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Can Brivo op zo’n 4,1 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 4,1 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Brivo in Sencelles kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
