In winter you can ski directly from the house to the valley station of the Riederfurka chairlift, and then back to the house. In summer you can set off right from the front door to explore the Aletsch region on foot. Shopping opportunities, the restaurant Derby, Danys & Toni, driving range, sports outfitters, Riederhof Oasis spa, playground, tennis courts etc.The Riederfurka and Hohfluh chairlifts are also nearby. The apartment "Nico" is equipped as follows: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one open-plan kitchen-cum-living room. The first room features a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub with divider, washstand with furniture and mirror cabinet, and lavatory facilities). The second room features twin beds and its own satellite TV set. The second bathroom is equipped with a floor level rainwater shower, washstand with furniture and mirror cabinet, and lavatory facilities. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, steamer, cooking stove, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living area right next to the kitchen features a (pullout) sofa and satellite TV set. The (2,0 m deep) south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a beautiful view of the Pennine mountain scenery. There is a ski and bike storage room in the building which can also be used by guests.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
